When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to share your account credentials or allow unauthorized third parties to access your DaylyFlow account.
3. Free Tier, Pro Subscriptions & Refund Policy
DaylyFlow offers both a free tier and optional premium subscription plans (Monthly, 1 Year Plan, Lifetime Access):
- Free Tier: Includes daily timeline planning (up to 5 tasks per day), basic habit tracking (up to 3 habits), standard icons, and color customization. No credit card required.
- Pro Subscriptions: Unlocks unlimited tasks, unlimited habits, 365-day annual heatmap view, full AI assistant features, recurring task automation, and the 60+ Pro VIP Icon Pack.
- Billing & Renewals: Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Account Settings with one click.

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt our web platform, APIs, or servers.
- Abuse the AI assistant by inputting malicious code, automated scraping bots, or spam payloads.
- Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
5. Intellectual Property
The DaylyFlow name, logo, graphic assets, interface designs, color themes, codebases, and brand elements are the exclusive intellectual property of DaylyFlow and protected by copyright, trademark, and international laws.
Your personal tasks, habits, and notes remain your sole intellectual property.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
DaylyFlow is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and reliable performance, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall DaylyFlow, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If material changes occur, we will provide notice through our website or via email. Continued use of DaylyFlow following any modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
